Shipping

Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or Fed EX. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:

Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you require express or 2 day shipping, please contact us for charges.

Online Items

Online downloadable items will arrive by email or on a Web page upon your purchase. There are no refunds or exchanges on downloadable items such as PDFs, video, online classes or seminars, Word Documents, images or other downloadable materials. 

Seminars, Boot Camps and Workshops

Seminars, Boot Camps and Workshops may be refunded 100% within 48 hours of the event provided that the attendee notifies ePlus Marketing by phone and receives a verbal confirmation of the notification. Events that are multi-day events, there may be a refund of up to 50% after the first session only if the event does not meet the expectations as stated in the marketing materials. Each case will be decided on a case by case basis. If there is a refund all materials such as workbooks, notes, etc. must be returned in original format and without excellent condition prior to the refund. No refund will be given 24 hours after the first day of a multiple day event. 

Returns of Material Items

All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
